Now in its third year, the Moretti Gran Tour celebrates everything that we love about Italy – bringing together delicious food chilled beer and great people. And we'll be back again this year.

Learn how to light a proper fire for cooking with Mark Parr (London Log Co) learn about why some charcoal is better than others, what wood to use if you’re cooking with wood, then learn about the beef you’re going eat, and why it so delicious. With the advice and guidance of Bash & his team you’ll cut your own steak (from the whole rump!) and then be shown, in groups of, 5, how to cook it perfectly. Instruction book included, and beers!
