It started in 2012 as a communal Fondue Feast, has been through Porchetta, back to cheese and is now settling on something altogether more special:
To be specific, they are braised, glazed, finished on the grill beef short ribs from Flock & Herd. They're preceded by globe artichokes and handmade pasta, accompanied by barley and radicchio and then finished with panna cotta.
