The end of Summer 2015 has come. Instead of getting down about it, we've been coming up with something incredibly special - Forza Winter 2015.
We've been researching and testing our Valdostana style fonduta recipe to the point where our dreams have gone well trippy.
Served alongside woodfired porchetta and the English winter’s most beautiful highlights - including romanesco, pumpkin, turnip, kale, pears, chestnuts - plus fresh pasta, pudding and a mug of hot booze. This menu is pure wintry indulgence.
